Since 2009 the office has built and redeveloped a variety of residential and office projects. Our experience includes design of residential and office buildings, construction management and 3D visualization. We specialize in the latest construction technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). 

Kai Gamer started his professional career at the Chicago office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in 2006. He worked on a variety of medium and large scale commercial projects. In 2008, he transferred to SOM London where he coordinated the Construction Document Phase between the participating offices of Chicago, New York, London and Brussels for the new NATO Headquarters in Brussels. 

He received his Master Degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in 2006 after having studied Architecture in Berlin and Zurich. 

Kai Gamer is a licensed Architect in the state of Hessen, Germany.
